Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To set up your return please email support@ravishon.com with your order number, reason for return, and the items you wish to return.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind or incorrect order), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
